This beautiful Bing & Grondahl shape 108B demitasse coffee cup & saucer is hand decorated in the classic Seagull pattern, it is the premier version with gilded rims, cup handle and gold highlights to the seagull - the factory marks indicate it is a vintage piece made in the 1950’s or 1960’s

The cup is 2.1" (5.25cm) tall, with a 2.6” (6.5cm) diameter rim and it holds 3 fluid ounces (75ml) when full to the brim – the saucer is 4.6” (11.75cm) diameter

Although it is not new, it is a best quality set in excellent clean condition with no staining, chips, cracks, restoration or crazing and the gilding is bright & fresh throughout with barely any signs of wear
