MINTON BYRON PATTERN VEGETABLE DISH (Identical to Avonlea pattern)

Minton's beautiful English made Byron design is light and summery, being decorated with a delicate floral motif on their finest white bone china and was in production from 1989 to 1995 - this pattern was previously in production from 1976 to 1989 under the name of Avonlea before Minton merged with Royal Doulton

Finished with their customary lavish gilding, this covered dish is 11.5" (29cm) long, 6.5" (16.5cm) wide, stands 5.75" (14.5cm) tall to the top of the finial and has a capacity of 3 pints (about 1.5 litres)

It is best quality and in mint condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or crazing, the gilding still being bright and fresh without any rubs

A lovely dish that will make a fine addition to any Byron or Avonlea service
