This beautiful
Royal Copenhagen shape 1924 Tufted Duck figure is very unusual being hand decorated
in the blue & white Musselmalet Lace pattern – the Tufted Duck was designed
by Peter Herold and first introduced to the Royal Copenhagen range in 1918, the
factory marks indicate this one was made in the period 1990 to 1994
It is 4.5”
(11cm) long, 2.25" (6cm) tall and the middle part of the body is 2.5” (6.5cm)
wide
The duck is a
first quality piece in excellent clean condition with no chips, cracks,
restoration or crazing
