POOLE POTTERY STUDIO MEDITERRANEAN STYLE 35cm CHARGER DISH – ROS SOMMERFELT

This wonderful 13.75” (35cm) diameter charger was made at the Quayside Studio and decorated with a subtle Mediterranean style design by top ceramic artist Ros Sommerfelt in 1986

Being a Studio piece hand decorated by one of their leading designers, this is quite a rare thing and there will be very few, if any, of the same shape and design - you can see a picture of Ros decorating a vase in a similar pattern on page 160 of Leslie Hayward’s Poole book

This superb piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, it comes complete with original box and would grace any collection or make a lovely gift
