This wonderful sepia brown
glazed bear is from Poole's collection of animal moneyboxes and dates from the
1980’s
It is a small sized
version, 5" (12.5cm) long, 3.5" (9cm) high, 3” (7.5cm) wide and in excellent
condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, glaze imperfections or crazing and
comes complete with the original stopper
Please take careful
consideration of the dimensions and be aware that these small sized bear
moneyboxes are only really suitable for display unless you want to use them for
small coins as the slot on top is only 25mm x 3mm and the 20mm hole in the
bottom are only large enough for 20p, 5p and 1p coins
Quite a rare, hard to find
piece, especially in this sepia colourway that will make a fine addition to
your collection or a lovely gift
