MINTON H1346 PATTERN SMALL TUREEN

One of Minton’s finest quality patterns, the H1346 design is made from English Bone China decorated with a sumptuous band of embossed gilding around the rim

This wonderful small sized tureen is 8” (20cm) long to the ends of the handles, 4.5” (11cm) wide and 4.75” (12cm) high to the top of the lid and the factory marks on the base date it to 1920

It has a small chip to the underside of the base which can't be seen unless it is turned over and there are a couple of tiny wear marks to the gilding on the lid handle - these are very minor imperfections in a piece around 100 years old that you may not notice and I only mention them as a matter of accuracy, otherwise it is in excellent condition with no cracks or crazing, the rest of the gilding being bright and fresh throughout with no signs of wear

Pieces in this glorious pattern in such good condition are very rare items and it will make a fine addition to your service
