This very nice professional quality Italian made birchwood pizza peel has a bevelled leading edge and is just the thing for that tricky transition from plate to oven and back again!

It is 12" (30cm) wide, 16.25" (41.5cm) long from the leading edge to the end of the handle and 1/4" (7mm) thick
