This wonderful Poole
Pottery large sized 16" (41cm) diameter charger was made at the Poole Studio at the
turn of the century and is from their very successful planets series designed
by Alan Clarke to celebrate the alignment of the planets on the 5th May 2000
The Planets sets were sold
in a limited edition of 500 pieces, this is number 376
A beautiful dish, it is in
excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or restoration and it
comes complete with original box, although the box isn’t in pristine condition
so I am selling it as “unboxed” to avoid any misunderstandings about the
presentability of the box
A stunning piece already
fitted with a wire so is ready to hang, it would grace any collection or make a
lovely gift
