MINTON H1346 PATTERN 26cm DINNER PLATES (pair with worn gilding)

One of Minton’s finest quality patterns, the H1346 design is made from English Bone China decorated with a sumptuous band of embossed gilding around the rim

This wonderful pair of dinner plates are 10.5" (26cm) diameter and the factory marks on the bases date them to 1919 & 1920

As you would expect of regularly used tableware around 100 years old, they both have quite a lot of cutlery marks and wear to the thin inside strip of gilding but are otherwise in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing, the main gilding on the rim being bright and fresh throughout with no visible signs of wear

Pieces in this glorious pattern in such good condition are very rare items and it will make a fine addition to your service
