POOLE POTTERY STUDIO MEDIEVAL CALENDAR PLATE – JUNE – Ltd Edition 727/1000

The wonderful Poole Pottery range of Medieval Calendar plates were designed by Tony Morris in the style of stained glass windows and issued as a Limited Edition of 1000 of each plate

This 12.75" (32.5cm) diameter plate, Limited Edition number 727/1000, was issued in 1974 and decorated by Sue Pottinger

The plain white glaze on the back has developed some crazing which is not uncommon in pieces of this age but other than that it is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or restoration and the front is free of crazing

Although I don’t have the original box or certificate this very nice plate will make a fine addition to your collection or a lovely gift
