published by William Heinemann in 1958, this is a Sportsman's Book Club edition
published in London in 1959 - it is 260 page hardback, burgundy cloth cover
with gold lettering on the spine complete with dustjacket measuring 8.25"
(20.5m) x 5.25” (13cm) x 7/8" (2cm)
The paper is a
little yellowed with age but otherwise it is in excellent condition with a good
binding, no written dedications and no staining etc – as you can see from the
photos, the dustjacket has a few wear marks but is generally in good condition
A nice
collectable book and a great read for the enthusiast, it will make a fine
addition to any cricket library
