This very nice quality Italian made cast aluminium 45mm square ravioli stamp has a solid beechwood handle and would also make a good pastry cutter for pieces with a crinkle cut edge

There is a low pressure spring inside the casing that automatically ejects the pasta or pastry from the barrel when you release the pressure

Please bear in mind that the handle is a natural wood product so the appearance of the grain will vary from piece to piece, each one will look a bit different to my photographs
